d) A team of users

Because in ServiceNow:

  • A Group = a set/team of users who share responsibilities (assignments, approvals, tasks).

  • “Team of users” best represents “collection of users.”

So yes — Option D is the best available answer.

@ashishgoyal

I noticed you’ve been posting quite a few CSA prep questions and marking multiple responses as correct in your thread. Could you share the reason behind posting these?

Just a thought—this approach might not be very helpful for the exam since there’s no guarantee that the same questions will appear.

Hi @ashishgoyal ,

In ServiceNow, whenever we say groups, it directly relates to Users present in it.

So, considering E is not having any typo,

D is the correct answer.
