CSA - Retake exam

Hi,

I got a voucher for CSA exam and it mentioned first 3 attempts for retake are free while I register for the main exam. Unfortunately I could not clear at the first attempt and when I try to register for retake it is asking for $100. I am working in a company which is partner with ServiceNow and it says certifications are free for partners.

Can somebody please advise is it still applicable - retake of exam for free of cost from ServiceNow? or should I pay $100 for retake? If it is free how can I avail the voucher for retake?

Hi @DivyaG,

Take a look at this. - Mainline Exams and Delta Exams

What if I fail my initial attempt at a Mainline exam?

Don’t get discouraged! Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts. If you do not pass your first attempt, you can directly pay $100 USD for a retake attempt through the Webassessor site for up to three more attempts. If you fail your fourth attempt, you will need to retake the training course to help you prepare and purchase another voucher. There will be a 3-day waiting period after the first attempt and a 14-day waiting period after the second and third attempts to ensure you have the proper time to prepare.

French and German region retake prices will be in paid Euros. Korean retakes prices will be paid in USD, as Webassessor does not support the Korean Won (KRW).

Hi @DivyaG ,

Retakes are always changeable whether you from Partner company or not. you need to pay $ 100 each time you retake and the maximum re-attempts are 3 times.

Hi @DivyaG ,

Hi,

I recently took the developer exam but unfortunately did not pass. For the retake exam, I noticed that it is asking for a voucher code instead of providing a direct payment option. Could you please guide me on whether I should use my previous exam's voucher code, or if there is a different process I should follow?
