Re-attempt of ServiceNow CSA exam

I had written ServiceNow CSA exam last week and failed in first attempt. I had ServiceNow voucher with me. Would that be possible to re-attempt the exam with the same voucher? Or do i need pay some extra amount? Help with me experts.

Hi there,

Ones the voucher is used, you can't use it again. To take a retake, you would need to pay for this ($100 + TAX).
