CSA Voucher Expired

My ServiceNow certification voucher expired in September 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to utilize the voucher within its validity period.

Considering that the voucher has expired  and I am committed to pursuing my certification, I kindly request your assistance in either extending the validity of the voucher or allowing me to reuse it without incurring any additional fees. I would greatly appreciate your understanding, as the cost of a new voucher ($300) is significant.

Please let me know if there are any options available for extending or reusing the expired voucher, or if there is a process I can follow to resolve this issue.

I understand your situation, as I faced a similar challenge during the COVID period. I reached out to the ServiceNow team through the Learning Portal by creating a support case, explaining the circumstances, and they were able to provide a new voucher with an extended expiration date.

I suggest creating a case via the Learning Portal with details about your situation. This approach worked for me, and it may help you obtain a new voucher with a future expiration date as well.

You cannot reuse your expired voucher. You have to request a new one.

Based on the information that is provided, there is no possibility to utilize the expired voucher. There is a deadline provided, hence it is up to you to utilize it before the deadline. Only solution will be to start from scratch with training and purchase.
