Unable to validate professional email on Credly

As the post title says, I've tried to link my professional email id to my Credly account, which is registered on my personal email. 

 

I'm currently unable to accept ServiceNow Learning badges on Credly because my professional email isn't verified.

 

When trying verify my professional email. I get an error - "We couldn't confirm this email address because it's already in use by another connection to ServiceNow. Please reach out to ServiceNow to update or remove the duplicate connection record."

 

ServiceNow support is asking me to create and maintain two Credly accounts to accept their badges, which is not practical (I've got multiple vendor certifications on Credly). Is anybody aware of any workarounds for this situation?
