Enlarge the certification

Hello, 

I'm trying to enlarge my certification picture on ServiceNow website. I went to my profile & setting and try to double click on my certification or unable to find anywhere to make it bigger. I used to do that on the older website. Thanks for you help.

They actually removed the double click to enlarge feature when they updated the UI. The profile badges are just static thumbnails now.

To get a large, high-resolution version of your certification, you'll need to grab the PDF or the digital badge:

1. Log into Now Learning and go to Profile > Profile.
2. Click the "Certifications" tab.
3. Click on your certification.
4. From there, select "Download" to get a high resolution PDF, or use the link to view your official digital badge (which you can zoom in on or save).
