Hi Jose,

Can you check whether Eric actually has 2 records in Requested state in the underlying task/approval table? If the records are present but the portal is showing 0, then the issue is likely with the widget or its filter rather than the approval itself.

 

Also check whether the widget is using the latest version of the data source/widget and whether any additional conditions are filtering out Eric's records.

 

If you can share the widget name and the table/query being used, it would be easier to narrow this down.
