Expired CSA Certification

I successfully completed the CSA exam on December 29, 2023. As per ServiceNow’s policy, I was required to take the delta exam within one year to maintain my certification. However, I received the notification for the delta exam earlier than expected and, assuming I needed to take it after one year, I missed the opportunity to complete it. Consequently, my CSA certification has expired.

I kindly request your guidance on the steps I need to take to reinstate my certification. Is there an option to retake the delta exam or any other process to regain my certification status?

As you missed out on the Delta exam, you need to go through the Mainline again, which means need to complete admin training, get a voucher and appear for the exam.

 how to complete tarining again as i can see that the course required for csa is completed.(which i have complted earlier and got the voucher

I think, you need to log a Now Learning case, and team will enable it.

@patil uv Since you missed the deadline, there is no way to revive the certificate. You can try your luck by raising a case with Now Learning support team. However, don't keep the high hopes.
