Resolved! Unable to register for CSA exam.

I am unable to register for the exam on the webassessor website. Everything is linked to my now learning account. But when I click to register exam. There is no option to select. Need assist on this issue. Thanks

For suppose a user unsubscribed from the emails in service now , so he wont get any mails in furtherthe person option changed he wants to receive the mails again how can he resubscribe again...?
