In this course:
Flow Designer: Create Subflows & Actions: Build a Subflow
I have two issues:
1. I was unable to select subflow from the popup box in the beginning instructions of the activity in module 3. I had to open developer tools and force the radio button to display.
2. Towards the end of the activity in module 3, there are these instructions:

- Action: Create Record
- Table name: Problem [x_snc_social_media_problem]
- Select + Add Field Value and complete the following fields:
- Configuration Item - 5➛Configuration Item Record
- Short Description - (Subflow Inputs➛monitor_sys_id➛Source) has multiple negative monitor records.
- Description - (Subflow Inputs➛monitor_sys_id➛Source) negative monitor records have exceeded the threshold for the last 30 days. Please see related records.
"
The problem is with this line:
- Configuration Item - 5➛Configuration Item Record
I can see the data pill but I am unable to use, drag, or reference it in the Configuration Item field as requested.
Can an official ServiceNow moderator look into this?
