I want to send an email through flow designer when incident was create
How can I add incident number as a link in the body of the email.......?
when I click that incident number incident record should open

Greetings!!
You can use notifictaion in Flow and add the fields/ varible as per requirement. You need to create a hyper link for incident. Please chk OOTB notification for same.

So you want to send email when incident is created?
You can have flow on your table

please check the ootb notifications "Incident was opened" and "Request was opened" and apply the same on your notifications.
