I’m planning to take an online exam through OnVUE. Previously, for Webassessor exams, it was mandatory to use an external webcam and install specific software on the laptop. For OnVUE, do I need to install any software beforehand?
Additionally, if I have scheduled my exam for January 1st at 9:00 AM, how do I start the exam? Where should I go to begin, and what are the necessary steps to follow?

as per this link, the external camera is NOT required, just the laptop in-built camera:

My colleague got his exam suspended for a blurred background of his camera, but they told him about it after 30 min of taking the exam, not when it started or before it... also strange.
But he contacted the support and they got him a new attempt as it was not possible to complete this exam.
