I wanted to start my career in servinow with CSA after 16 years of experience in HR field at age of 46, can anybody who had gone through this stage kindly suggest if this is the good decision or should i focus on HRMS tools studies instead of servicenow.

@A_B_joseph I was travelling in the same boat when I choose to transition to ServiceNow from Mobile application development, and trust me it was one the best decision I ever made. You already have a good amount of experience in HR field and that experience will come in handy if you choose to make your career in HR Service Delivery in Servicenow.
I recommend you to complete your CSA training and when you have good knowledge about how the platform works, you can plan to attend the HRSD Fundamentals training https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/hr-service-delivery/human-resources-service-delivery-hrsd-fun...
HR Service Delivery is one of those product lines which will allow you to utilise your exiting experience on the platform.
Hope this helps.
