There is no deadline for this. You can complete the training at your own pace and book the exam whenever you're ready.

Once you complete the training, follow the exam booking process described in this article.

ServiceNow’s Credentialing Program offers flexible scheduling options through Pearson VUE, accessible directly from your ServiceNow University (SNU) account. Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule your exam, with the option to reschedule as many times as needed within this timeframe.

As per the latest exam vendor changes, the previous exam vouchers are no longer valid.

You will need to pay for the exam yourself or request funding from your employer if they sponsor certifications. At the moment, there are no active ServiceNow campaigns offering free exam vouchers or reimbursement.

@A_B_joseph The CSA training is free of cost on now learning. However there is no free exam. You can choose to enrol for RISE UP program if you are eligible. https://learning.servicenow.com/apply this program offers a free training and exam for eligible candidates.
