Guidance Needed for ServiceNow Certification Preparation

I’m planning to start ServiceNow certifications (CSA first) and looking for guidance on the best official learning resources and a simple study approach.

If anyone can share tips, useful Now Learning modules, or preparation advice based on experience, it would be really helpful.

Best way is just go through "E-book" 2-3times (Take your notes if required) and get hands on Practice labs (3-4times).

Recommended is just go through e-Book thoroughly.

That’s a great place to start—CSA is the right first step into ServiceNow certifications 👍

I’d strongly recommend beginning with Now Learning, especially the ServiceNow Fundamentals and CSA exam learning path, as these are the official and most reliable resources. Go through the modules carefully and try to practice alongside a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) to get hands-on experience.

Focus on understanding core concepts like navigation, lists & forms, users/roles, basic administration, and platform capabilities rather than memorizing content. Revision and hands-on practice make a big difference.
