Hi Team,
I am currently working as a Knowledge Manager and would like to expand my skills by learning catalog form creation in ServiceNow. I have experience in gathering client requirements and designing workflows in Excel, but I have not yet implemented these in ServiceNow.
I have been using ServiceNow for the past 4 years, primarily for Knowledge Management and basic functionalities such as Incidents, Requests, Reporting, and SLA tracking.
Could you please suggest any courses or resources that would help me learn catalog form and workflow creation from scratch?
