Hello,

I am new to ServiceNow and was looking at different options of training for myself.

Very impressed with the online introduction course, demo portal, wiki documentation and the youtube channel.

I think there is enough material already available to get started.

I want to gain administrator and developer skills in ServiceNow.

Appreciate if I can get some guidance on the following:

- Is there a hands-on practice lab that I can subscribe to? I think the demo portal - https://demochannel.service-now.com   has limited options for getting hands-experience as an administrator and also as a developer

- Will the online free courses and wiki documentation be enough to get good hands-on practice/experience

- What other courses should I look at after completing the ones available currently?

- To be certified do I need to attend ServiceNow's authorized training?

Hi Sridhar,

You are already on right track. Here are the demo links which you can use.

https://demo000.service-now.com/login.do

from demo000 to demo023. Username : admin , password : admin

I would recommend you to have atleast six months of hands on experience on servicenow platform.

When I click it just opens up a blank screen, doesn't do anything. I tried changing the URL from demo000 to demo001 and so on but no luck.

I was able to login to demo007 however I do not see any admin kind of tasks (user creation, profile/role creation etc). Is there a demo or document on how to use these demo sites? Or am I missing something.
