I am new to ServiceNow and find it fascinating because of all the opportunities and training. Is it okay to dive into everything? I am all over the place. I have old and new education on Front-end and back-end, but I want to concentrate on the developer side since I will be graduating in Computer Programming. And is it really true that ServiceNow has direct job placement? Thanks everyone!

Hi @alfredmcdon
I am a ServiceNow trainer and happy to guide you here. As you already have experience, I can’t say "yes, you're good to go" right away. To start in ServiceNow, you need to learn the basics first, which means taking the CSA course. This will give you a clear understanding of the platform and its components. Once you're comfortable with that, you can dive into the CAD course, which focuses on development and teaches you how and where code can be written in ServiceNow. These two courses will give you a clearer picture of the depth and breadth of ServiceNow.
You can start with the CSA courses.
