Hi @grvsmr - Welcome to Servicenow,
I would say, starts with course - Welcome to ServiceNow - ServiceNow Welcome to ServiceNow - Now Learning
then rather scale to administration Fundamentals course - ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals - Now Learning
I would say you start learning this path, you will be on track down the lane. Start following and post your doubts this community and it helps you to become proficient in ServiceNow soon

Hi @grvsmr
I am a ServiceNow Business Analyst and trainer, happy to guide you. You can start with the basics, such as Admin training, or if you prefer, you can follow the ServiceNow BA journey path. The BA path offers more depth and provides a comprehensive learning roadmap.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
Regards
