Based on the new exam vendor, the voucher concept is no longer valid. This means that after completing the training, you need to book the exam directly and make the payment at that time. If you are working with a partner, as you mentioned vouchers, I assume you were expecting one—but vouchers are no longer available since this concept has been discontinued. Please follow the provided link to book your exam.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.
Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
