Hi Astik, in the photo that you have shared, the link is not that of any instance, rather just a link for further instructions. I am also stuck with the same issue, I am not getting how to access the simulated instance.

I finally figured it out (!) and would like to share 😄
When you follow the eBook link on the second page there is a login mask.
That is not a screenshot!!
You can click into the "User name" text field and enter the suggested "tester" user name.
Then it proceeds to the password and so on.
So the instance is simulated within the window following the link. See my screenshot and let me know if that helped you out 🙂

I have the same issue, don't know how to access the simulated instance...
The link from the eBook does not solve my issue since the page it redirects to shows a screenshot of the simulated test instance but no mention on how to actually ACCESS it!
There's the first page telling me to continue using the forward arrow.
That leads to the second page showing a screenshot of the test instance without any link or instruction on how to access it.
And from the current nowlearning URL I'm not aware which part should be changed to DEV.
As Abigail wrote initially the new URL doesn't contain any form of "dev" that could be changed to "test"...
