I am currently working on a bot to bot integration where the parent bot is the external bot and the child is the VA. The external bot only acts as the middle man and is what the user interacts with. The VA is the one handling intent. So far things are working fine, but we need to suppress some topics from users who engage by way of the 3rd party bot source. I believe this is possible based on documentation. But, would like to know what is the preferred way with the least customization possible. In the past I have used the channel configuration to supress topics from channels like MS Teams but this bot integration doesn't show up in the channel options. FYI This is the Now Assist Virtual Agent and we are on Yoko. TY.
