Eligibility for CSA Voucher

I earned the Eligibility for CSA Voucher Badge on 04/02/2025. I want to take the CSA certification. Where do I get the voucher number and how to I register?

Hi @AnsuR,

the concept of vouchers is no longer relevant after new exam platform (Pearson VUE) was introduced - on 18th November 2025... and with this transition no more vouchers are issued anymore.

Be aware, even the vouchers achieved before this date were not giving you eligibility to take any exam for free... only chance to get an exam for free was to attend any instructor-led training, but no chance with on demand ones.

To take the CSA, it costs you 300 USD + taxes.

Your exam will appear in "My Learning Dashboard" → "My Exams" where you can register for it.

Earlier before november 2025 ServiceNow had voucher concept,

But currently you don't have to purchase voucher ,you can directly register for exam from here:-

Servicenow has changed the entire exam structure, and Mainline Certification Exams are now delivered through new testing provider Pearson VUE, from 18Nov2025 onwards.

Here you can directly search for your exam, pay the fee, register, and schedule it instantly.

ServiceNow University -> My University Account -> My Exams

Exam fees

CSA/CAD/CPOA : 300 USD + taxes

All CIS Exams       : 450 USD + taxes

And No vouchers / trainings are prerequisites for any exams (but completing trainings is always recommended).
