How can I keep the CSA certification valid during maternity leave without monitoring or paying for the Delta exams?
*Mind, the Czech Republic maternity leave lasts up to 3 years.

As far as I know, delta exams are mandatory to keep the certification active, and you need to take them. As you mentioned maternity leave of up to 3 years, there may be exceptions, but it’s best to log a Now Learning case for confirmation. However, I believe the chances of getting an exception are very slim.

I agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG. You can try, but I very much doubt you will be given an exception from meeting the annual requirements to maintain your certification.

On the positive side, completing the annual delta exam is not difficult or time-consuming. It's typically a 10-question, multi-choice, open-book test, with a study guide provided. And you have a three-month window to complete it.

It's also a good way for someone who is away from work to keep up with developments on the platform.
