Hi there, congrats on your certification! I wanted to provide some additional information about your certification showing up in Now Learning/Now Creators. As Allen said, you should see the certification appear in Now Learning within 24-48 hours. Moreover, once you see it in Now Learning, you should also the achievement in Now Creators under My Now Creators Achievements.
I also wanted to provide additional information about how to control what is displayed on your profile and edit your "Featured Achievements" in Now Creators. Your profile controls what will display on Now Learning and Community. You can control where your CSA certification is displayed and place it under your featured achievements! If you would like to update this, follow the following steps:
- Log into Customer Success Center/Now Creators (https://www.servicenow.com/now-creators/manage-resume.html)
- Click Manage My Profile
- Click the pencil in upper right corner. It will take you to Edit details
- Click Manage Achievements (note: you can only display 6 featured achievements)
- Select which 6 badges you want to display by selecting the Super Badge, Now Learning, or Now Community link
- Select Done
- Select Save (bottom of the page)
All other badges can display, but you will need to set them to public or private.
- Under My Now Creator Achievements, “Make all Public” toggle is set to private. If you want everyone to see all badges, set it to public
- If you want to individually select, click Manage Privacy settings, and follow the prompts
If you would like to see what your public profile looks like, click "Preview Public Profile". Note: Public and Private can only be seen when you click on Preview Public Profile.
