There are three types of certifications, namely:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
For trainings, it is available on their website and it is usually a virtually instructor led training class (for a couple or more days) unless you can be available at their given location (mostly Europe, Australia & North America).
Cost of trainings usually is around 1600 USD (approx.) and certification costs would be 150 USD per exam. Re-examination on the same paper (if not cleared in first attempt) is 75 USD.
