Where can report technical issues within on demand courses?

Hi everyone,

 

I'm currently following an on demand course and came across a few technical issues with the video material.

Only the virtual assistent is no good in helping you when you have other problems then lab instance issues.

And I can't reporting a case through the normal portal because I need to mention a instance.

 

Who know's the right place to go to?

Can't because I need to name a instance, but it's not an instance issue

I know its frustrating, the only way is to log a Now Learning case. The team will look into to issue. FYI, one of my friends some issues in another course and by raising the exiting lab instance ad getting a new one his issue was resolved.
