How resource assignment is calculated? - SPM module

At the moment I am trying to finish the Labs for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Fundamentals On Demand (Course). The problem I've got is that I don't understand how the resource assignment has been calculated for the project manager. Please take a look at the screenshots:

screenshot_1 -> This one shows that on Gantt the tasks starts on Friday 01-10-2024. The schedule is 8-12 and 1pm-5pm weekdays. To me it's clear that the resource assignment for that week should be 8 hours, but it is 12 hours.

screenshot_2 -> Shows the project details. Task has a planned start at 8:00:00. Duration is 5 days.

Every task for my project has a Time contraint: Start ASAP.

Finalize Project Plan task has a 2.1fs+1 relation. 

2.1 Kick-off meeting (screenshot_3) has a planned start at 10-30-2024 08:00:00 (duration is one day)

Could someone please help me understand how on earth is says 12 hours instead of 8? What did I miss? Please let me know if you need more details. Thank you in advance.
