How to become a Certified Instructor (CIP)?

Hello, I did the CIP - Deliver ServiceNow Courses training, with the objective of becoming a CIP. at the end it points to a kb article (https://training.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0011852) for an assessment. But, it seems that the link is invalid, keeps asking for login and sends me to the home page of ServiceNow. Can you help me?

Can you please send an email to the team which manages the KB article and training? cip@servicenow.com They should be able to help with this.
