I completed my ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand learning path on August 16, but I didn't receive any badge or the CSA voucher eligibility.
I've created a user case CS0231882 which is still in the new state and I got no updates until this moment.
Does anyone here know how long it takes to someone work on the user cases? Also, do you have any tip to unlock this badge? 🙂

Hi Marcos,
I think you will have to wait. There is no specific response time it depends on volume of cases. servicenow will contact you back.
I remember someone mentioned adding comments to your case which kind of helps getting help sooner. Please try that.

Hey I got the solution and finally claimed my CSA voucher.... This is how I solved my issue
First of all I have raised a case in now learning platform and then I have got a mail that " we'll look into it"
Then I tried myself...first I have checked my mail regarding the achievement of ServiceNow administration fundamentals on Demand...the their I have found a link there it says accept the terms and conditions inorder to claim the eligibility for CSA exam...then I accepted the terms...
Guess what !! I have got both the CSA and ServiceNow administration fundamentals on Demand course badge and finally I have claimed my CSA voucher 🥳
