How to claim the voucher of Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management

Hi Team,

I have completed below ondemand course in Now Learning 

Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management 

I have received the voucher, however when I click on Claim It is showing below

When I click on Prerequisites Required it is showing below

How Can I claim the Voucher?

You need to complete all the Pre-requisites to get the Voucher.

Hi,

Follow the below steps to get the voucher:

Step1: Go to My Achievements> Badges and click on My voucher under My profile.

Step2: Search for your course for which you want to claim the voucher.

Step3: Click on Claim button.

Step4: Select pay using learning credits and click on continue button.

Step5: Select your Organization name from the Learning credit pool and Click on Terms & condition link then tick the checkbox for I have read the terms and conditions.

Step6: Click on proceed payment option .

After that you will be redirected to the page where you can see that you have successfully claimed the voucher.

You can go to My Vouchers and see the available voucher for use.

Hello Sriram,

As you have completed the Course now you can Claim to Voucher. To Claim the Voucher you have to make the payment as it is not freely available. For Payment you can choose either to pay via Learning Credit or via Paying the amount ($225).

For Learning credits please check with your Employer as you may need to get the approval to utilize the Learning credit. Else you can pay $225 from your credit card and you will get the Voucher.
