Hi Team,
I am planning to do Servicenow Administration Certification as i have been a ITSM process Consultant and been using this tool. Looking to get certified for Servicenow Admin. Please let me know the steps to get the vouchers for the exam registration.

No, you can't purcahse the certification from Webassessor from 150 USD. You need the voucher! The 150 USD shown, is just a figure. You will get a message that a voucher is needed. When you enter the voucher, the 150 USD disappears.

Hello,
I have completed Self-Paced/On-Demand Service Now Fundamentals course content recently and tried to get the voucher for CSA exam which doesn't seem to be Free of cost even after course completion, when i navigate to My Vouchers section of the Now Learning platform, I'm presented with an option to Purchase voucher which will cost me about 354 USD including taxes.
Is this the new norm that we need to pay even after successful course completion? can someone please help me clarify?

Hello,
The actual situation is there is no free voucher anymore. After achieving the CSA fundamentals, you will have to buy the CSA voucher in the NowLearning portal.

According to the new structure, you have to pay $300 in advance to enroll in self paced course in Now Learning, complete the simulator. Once you complete the simulator, you will pay again $300 to buy the voucher so total $600 to get CSA. I strongly feel ServiceNow is getting cheap and cheap every day. The voucher should be included when a user buys the self paced course. Why would a user have to pay for the voucher again, that’s just ridiculous ! Please refer the screen shot below.
