How to link ServiceNow Certificates to new Company email id or partner portal?

Hello All,
I have recently change my organization and need to link my certifications to this new organization email id or change organization details in current account. Anything that is possible asap.
I have mailed community@servicenow.com and partnerops@servicenow.com as per answers found on old community questions.
However, there is no update/response from them.
Anybody any help? Its urgent please.

Raise a ticket from now-learning or mail on this email nowlearning@servicenow.com
