How to prepare for CIS-ITSM exam in 2026?

I am planning to give my CIS-ITSM exam by the end of this year (Dec 2026). I have also completed the ITSM Fundamentals and ITSM Implementations course on Nowlearning but I am not able to get much practice sets to prepare me well for the type of questions which may be asked. Hence can someone please suggest where can I practice to test my knowledge on the topics before I appear for the actual exam?

Being a trainer, I can now say that the official training should be your single source of truth for exam preparation.

My recommendation would be:

• Follow the training from start to finish.

• Complete the labs at least 2–3 times so you become comfortable with the concepts and practical steps.

• Review the training material 2–3 times and go through it word by word. The wording and details can be important for the exam.

• Use the training material as your primary reference rather than relying heavily on external practice-question websites.

There are many websites that provide practice questions, but I personally would not recommend relying on them for exam preparation. The answers on those sites may be incorrect or outdated, and they can sometimes create confusion.

From my experience, understanding the official training thoroughly and practising the labs repeatedly is a much better way to prepare.
