I am planning to give my CIS-ITSM exam by the end of this year (Dec 2026). I have also completed the ITSM Fundamentals and ITSM Implementations course on Nowlearning but I am not able to get much practice sets to prepare me well for the type of questions which may be asked. Hence can someone please suggest where can I practice to test my knowledge on the topics before I appear for the actual exam?

ahoy @Archana Singh1,
there's official source by ServiceNow to prepare for your exam, for more details read [GF#9] ServiceNow exams preparations with MeasureUp (CSA, CAD, CIS DF, ITSM, CSM, RC, SPM)
There are always two options - one to actually study and another to assess whether you are prepared and help you identify place for improvement.
Best of luck!

One important check, since you're planning for December: CIS-ITSM has a prerequisite. ServiceNow requires the CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) certification before you can attempt CIS-ITSM, so make sure that's done (or booked) first.
For the ITSM exam itself, the January 2026 blueprint puts 75% of the marks on three domains: Incident, Change, and Service Catalog and Request Management, at 25% each. Problem Management is 15%, Service Portfolio Management and the CMDB 5% each.
For practice questions, MeasureUp is ServiceNow's official practice-test partner, as mentioned above.
