How to register for CSA exam as Service now partner

Hello,

I have completed the ON-Demand CSA course and got a voucher to register for the exam, but it is asking for payment. My company is a partner with the service now, and I was told that we can register for an exam for free.

What is the correct procedure for registering for the exam without being prompted to pay?

If you work for a ServiceNow partner and you're still getting asked to pay for the CSA exam when you book, it means there's an issue with the login credentials you're using.

Either you're not using the credentials assigned by your company, or your company hasn't linked your credentials to ServiceNow.

If it's the latter, contact the person within your company who manages ServiceNow training.

there has been a change on the ServiceNow side and they have moved from Webassessor to Pearson VUE.

Hi @ServiceNowA7771,

this is something I'm not yet sure, as the vouchers were relevant only for Webassessor (availble to schedule exam only before 2nd November), then there was transition to Pearson VUE until 17th, and from 18th November there's a new exam platform that no longer operates with vouchers. The existing ones shall be availble to use but no new vouchers will be issued anymore...

If you go to My Exams, what do you see there, is it possible to book it from there?

Hi @ServiceNowA7771

I didn’t face any issues registering for the CIS-DF exam. Go to ‘My Exam’ and you can book it from there. Or go back to the CSA training, and at the end—under ‘Voucher’—you should now see the exam listed. You can book it from there as well. You don’t need to pay.
