Hi everyone! I have searched the Community for similar issues and tried to apply every possible tip ou solution I found, but to no avail.
Last week I completed the HRSD Implementation training on NowLearning and it is stuck at 98%. The knowledge checks on Modules 3 and 5 do not get completed at all, even though I have completed them several times.
I have already opened a case but the days are going by without anyone picking it up. This is really frustrating because I need the completion badge in order to be able to claim my exam voucher. And I am one of those people that does not like to wait too long between finishing the trainings and passing the exam 😅
Does anyone have a tip or trick that might help me in this situation? Thanks in advance!

I have exactly the same issue, they responded to my case saying "Please be advised that our team is aware of the issue with knowledge checks and they are working on resolving this issue."
So I am guessing it will take a while as it is associated with a Defect.
If for any reason you got to complete it in anyway let us know 😓

The silliest part is that some of the knowledge checks completed without any issues, it was just specifically these that did not get completed. Guess we'll just have to wait 😐

hi Ana41,
this is exactly what happened with me, but it has been resolved by itself after week or two.. but now i have stuck with the voucher thing😒.. i have received the badge and completed the course but still my voucher is not on my voucher tab, as this is the tab to which i'm being navigating from voucher info item on course. Did you caught the same issue?.. specifically in CIS-HR or if you know the reason or answer then please let me know.
