HRSD Implementation On Demand (Rome) will not complete

Hi everyone! I have searched the Community for similar issues and tried to apply every possible tip ou solution I found, but to no avail. 

Last week I completed the HRSD Implementation training on NowLearning and it is stuck at 98%. The knowledge checks on Modules 3 and 5 do not get completed at all, even though I have completed them several times.

I have already opened a case but the days are going by without anyone picking it up. This is really frustrating because I need the completion badge in order to be able to claim my exam voucher. And I am one of those people that does not like to wait too long between finishing the trainings and passing the exam 😅

Does anyone have a tip or trick that might help me in this situation? Thanks in advance!

I have exactly the same issue, they responded to my case saying "Please be advised that our team is aware of the issue with knowledge checks and they are working on resolving this issue."

So I am guessing it will take a while as it is associated with a Defect.

 

If for any reason you got to complete it in anyway let us know 😓

You can create the case from now learning platform and wait for reply.

To everyone asking, I did eventually manage to complete the training and after that the voucher automatically appeared, so I'm sorry I cannot help regarding that issue 😞 

As for the issue with training completion, it kind of magically solved itself after a couple of weeks... it was nothing that I did, just one day I opened the training and it had finally completed (??) I even closed the ticket I had open with ServiceNow since there was nothing for them to correct anymore.

I am working in the Administration Foundations course and the knowledge check questions are broken.

Sorry @EvaDeeGoss - the sad-face imagery in your screenshot sums it up nicely!

 

Log out and in again, clear you browser cache and try using a different browser.

 

Then log a support case in Now Learning. In the meantime, carry on with the next section of the course.
