Hi, pls i am no longer getting the verification code that will grant me access into my system administration on-demand course in nowlearning. It's painful that i am just doing my revision so i can prepare for my exam, and all of a sudden, this happened. I clicked on "Get instant help or open support ticket!" and at the end of the day, the chat engine asked that i download an authentication app which is not working for me. The codes will still not allow me in. This is annoying, and i wish i can get some help quickly. Thanks!
