Hi Karen,
follow these instructions:
go to filter navigator and type in Flag.
click on all flagged.
you will see all your flagged articles. choose the flagged articles you want to unflag and scroll down.
click on Knowledge feedback-->check off Flagged and update the article.
Hope this helps.

When I try to select Flagged to "unselect" it, it comes up with a box to type in comment. So it looks like article is not flagged at all. But it is and it appears on the list of flagged articles. I am confused and wondering if anyone else has the same issue

Hey Georgia,
in your filter navigator, type the word flag--> choose "all flagged" click on the kb article to open-->scroll all the way to the bottom of the article, you will see "knowledge feedback"-->click on the "date it was created" to view the reason the article was flagged and what user flagged it. to the right you will see an option to check off "flagged" and then update. you just un-flagged an article.
If this helps, mark it off as helpful please.
(do not try to unflag it any other way by going directly to the articles).
