Implementation On Demand Course - Job Queue issue

Good morning.

I am working through the implementation On Demand Course.  There are two spots where the system is replying that a job was submitted or queued and never appears to complete.   

1. NPI Story 2 - Configure List and Form Layout

       - task - Did you configure eight choice values on the HHD Table's State field?

2.  SNPI Story 3 - Configure Groups for HHD Users

      - task - Did you correctly add the HHD Users group with ITIL User as a member?

Both appear to be straight forward tasks, but they never seem to complete?

Any suggestions?

@JLeslie You can raise a Now Learning case if the task is not getting completed despite following all the steps.

Did you get a response when you created the case, and what was the resolution as I am having same issue with validating SNPI Story 2 - Configure List and Form Layout.

I found I had to manually create "new" choices.
