Task - Navigate to User Menu

Hello, 

I am trying to do my first task and it is asking to navigate to the user menu and to select the system adminstrator at the top right and then select impersonate user. I don't  know if I am in the wrong spot or my information is incorrect, but I am not seeing any of this when I click on my avator. Can you please provide guidance?

Below is my screenshot. I am clicking the top right where my initials AM are located.

Hi @shervonne00,

 

if you don't see the menu in the top, it's most likely because you opened a link in new tab...

 

To get it back, in the URL with your instance, erase everything that follow after .com/ and press enter.

 

Example from:

https://dev273594.service-now.com/esc?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=8beaf861c38122109e6298ec05013176

 

Erase everything after dot com and press enter:

https://dev273594.service-now.com/

 (you will need to change the URL or your training instance will have a bit different format)

 

And then the window will be reloaded with the menu bar in the top. Once that happens, you will see the menu bar and in the top-right menu, there will be a circle photo, that's what you need to click.
