Inkling credentials or Labs for CAD

I never received credentials for inkling and my credentials for learning, etc, do not work.  I've opened a ticket but I'm not sure if anyone can share the first 3-4 Certified Application Developer labs from the ebook with me so I'm not wasting time waiting for the support team?

Hi,

I can certainly understand your position, but on the forums especially, it wouldn't be appropriate to share the lab materials from the ebook as the ebook is only given to those who have paid for the course, etc. It may be best to perhaps leverage your personal network and see if you can obtain it that way, but doing so on the forums wouldn't be appropriate and is in violation of the Terms of Service.

Disappointed SN switched from Bookshelp to Inkling without any notice or Product knowledge put in Docs or the Community.  SN has encouraged the use of an iPad to access the course manuals with Lab instructions, alongside our laptops, e.g., while doing the labs, with an iPad open.  I have no login credentials for Inkling that are synched with ServiceNow ;(  Inkling wants an email, but logging in from the browser your ID is not your email, but long string starting w initials and name, followed by ten numbers.  Tried some emails, and nothing worked.  Looks like Passwords are different on browser and app versions?
Inkling Support did respond to me - and said they were instructed to direct us to NowLearning Support for Inkling issues.  NowLearning hasn't responded, been over a week.  Not a great New Release process.

Inkling response:
"ServiceNow has requested that we refer these two situations to NowLearning:
-Issues accessing Inkling
-Issues accessing books"
At least Inkling Support is better than NowLearning on this issue.

It is not authorised and not a good way to ask the labs. You can follow up with the team on case and once it sort out you can do your work.
