Inkling book for CSA

Hi

I have lost my Inkling credentials which was valid for a year, how can I get the same. I got the credentials after attending one on one session. I am still learning and preparinf for CSA exam. Please Help me it is urgent.

Try raising a case with ServiceNow from now learning.

Hi @ShikhaG I doubt you can get it back, as ServiceNow has also changed the eBook app. However, you can log a Now Learning case under the Help Center and ask the team for assistance.

@ShikhaG - Over ServiceNow University after login, log a case under Help Center menu, team will assist you further.
