I paid for the sys admin course and have been going through the chapters and labs. I'm at Lab 4.2 and am noticing that some of the stuff I've created through previous labs isnt showing. Specifically the Incidents and Inquiries that was favorited previously isn't populating.

Did you create those or did you do these labs by impersonating another user?

I created them in previous labs and in a screenshot in lab 4.2 they show incidents and inquiries in the modules section of the HHD - Applications Menu. I've attached the Lab Instance screenshot and then a screenshot of what shows up when I follow the instructions.
Really hoping that I didn't lose all the labs I created before this or something weird. I've also managed to somehow create 2 HHD sections in the ALL menu that I'm not sure how to consolidate. I went back to and earlier lab to try and recreate the Incidents and Inquiries section, but for some reason it created a duplicate HHD section.
