INstance lab does not terminate

Dear all,

I am learning the AI developper Path on demand course where I am using at different steps lab instance request.
What is happening is that event my previous lab instance is not available any more, it is mark as running and I am not able to terminate it in any way

By clicking the terminate instance link, the message "terminating instance" gets displayed but the instance cannot terminate. It is in this state since days

If I switch to previous course "Create a Flow" and click on terminate instance nothing happen either.

Any idea what to do  ?

Note : I have try in incognito mode same behaviour

I have several times Terminated the instances for my learning. I needed to do it for priority of my learning. But never got this issue. very strange.

If you have already tried logout-login, Incognito window, In that last option is to  raise a case to Now Learning support in the ServiceNow University.
