Is there micro certification for CSA

Hi there,

 

I have completed my CSA last year and it shows that I have to take it again before April this year and it has the same fee as the first time I took.

1. Can it be free? If not, why are we asked to pay for the same certificate every year?

2. Is there a micro certification path?

No there is no micro cert for CSA, CSA is mainlinr exam. What you referring is delta exam, which is coming from 16th Jan.

 

The delta exam will keep alive your mainline cert. It is open book kind of exam , with 10-20 question with 3/4 attempts.

 

Micro cert are free but everyone needs to pay maintenance fee$200 irrespective of number of mainline cert you hold.

Hi @svedanth ,

 

firstly, no - there is no micro certification for the CSA. Secondly, the reason that you need to pay 200USD is the maintainsnce for to take the delta exam to keep your certification.
