Issue accessing ServiceNow University

Hi All,

Can anyone help me on the issue I've been facing.

Upon logging in nowlearning site using my personal ID, I'm not able to access the Now Learning and it keeps looping on the SSO.

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home.

I tried this below but no help

1. A different browser
2. Private/incognito mode
3. Clearing your browser cache

Hi @anukanaki 

1. Try this alternative path :

Log in via developer.servicenow.com first, then navigate to Now Learning.

 Note: If prompted for authentication, try appending /side_door.do to the login URL to force a manual credential check.

2. Drop a mail to web_support@servicenow.com

Tried but its redirecting to https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home.
