Test your NLU model to see if the InternetIssues intent is returned.
- Open the default Service Portal and test the following utterances:
- Is there an internet outage
- I cannot connect to the internet
- My wifi is not working
- If your model’s accuracy is below 80%, follow the recommended practices for NLU to improve your models accuracy. Retest each utterance when you have published you changes.
--------
Upon completion of these tasks, select the Validate Task button. If the validation fails, you will be presented with feedback text that indicates what could be failing, along with clickable links to our documentation site for more guidance.

Hi Manish,
I did the course a while back, try these utterances and test
- Is there an internet outage
- I cannot connect to the internet
- My WIFI is not working
- I doubt an internet outage throughout
- Use 2 more..
Observe whether the NLU model correctly identifying the InternetIssues intent for each utterance. Make sure the intent highlights in the utterance are limited.
If my response proves useful, please mark it "Accept as Solution" and "Helpful". This action benefits both the community and me.

@Akash4 I've tried with the test utterances as mentioned but my test coverage is still showing 10% and I believe I need to make it to 80% to validate the task correctly or correct me if I am wrong. Can you help on this pls?
