Issue completing Task 12 on Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals Simulator On-Demand Course Next Steps

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

On the Human Resources (HR) Fundamentals Simulator On-Demand Course, Task 12 “HR Reporting and Dashboards creating a report from a list and creating a report from an existing report” uses the Report Designer module, the Lab instance provided is on the latest release and uses the Visualization Designer module.

I can create 2 of the 3 reports specified in the Task by taking different steps but cannot complete the task (and have it validated) as one of the sub tasks uses an existing report that does not appear in the Visualization Designer.

The Course is 96% complete, this is the only Task left. 

My steps so far have been:

Run the Debug simulator task - for the failed simulator task and review the detailed analysis of the situation, this details the outcome of the task and that it has not been completed.

Reread the documentation both for Report Designer and then the Visualization Designer, to check on how to create these reports/visualizations in each module.

Terminated the initial instance provided and raised a ticket to Request for extra lab instance - specifying  that an older release is required to complete the Task; an instance with the latest release is automatically provisioned.

I have raised a ticket to Fix course/path not completing - with details on why Task 12 is not complete, this ticket is automatically closed and I am informed to "Please complete Task 12 - HR Reporting and Dashboards to complete receive full completion".

I thought about posting details asking about the Task, but I am confident that I could complete the Task using the Report Designer module or the Visualization Designer module.

Assuming that the issue is validation and based on the On-Demand Task using the Report Designer rather than the Visualization Designer what would you recommend as my next steps.
